ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Unless there was a mistake on our end(wrong color, size, etc), all sales are final.  We strive to provide high quality and 100% original and authentic products, please contact us directly if you are not satisfied with your order.

 

Processing and shipping

Some items are made to order and take 7-14 business days to process.  Other items in stock ship within 2-3 days.   We use US Postal Service and UPS to ship.  Please track your order.

Once your package leaves our hands and is in the hands of USPS or UPS, Crenative Designz LLC is no longer responsible for the package. In the unfortunate event that a problem does arise, please contact USPS or the postal carrier. They will be able to help with most situations.
